AppSync ‘Size mismatch’ and ‘Dependencies’ error
Oct 22nd, 2010 by Mojtaba

[Update] Take a look at our latest post about installous errors and solutions

This post is written by a commenter named Dikkik, Only Applies to iPad

Many have been facing ‘size mismatch’ and ‘Dependencies’ errors while installing AppSync and so are not able to install cracked apps from either installous or Appcrackr.org

Here is another way of installing appsync 3.2 and installous.

What you need

  • Jailbroken iPad
  • iFile – from Cydia by adding this source ‘www.sinfuliphonerepo.com’
  • OpenSSH – from Cydia and winscp or other similar application.

The Process

  • Download Installous and Appsync 3.2 debs
  • SSH into your iPad using winscp and go to this path /private/var/mobile.
  • Create a folder in here. lets call it ‘installous’
  • Paste the two deb files here – installous and appsync 3.2
  • Now on the iPad, open iFile and go to /private/var/mobile/installous.
  • Click on appsync and choose INSTALLER.
  • Let it do its thing. Do the same for installous.
  • Restart The iPad
  • Enjoy!
