As one knows few days ago Apple released an update to iOS 4.3.3 which solve the location tracking issue.
As I mentioned before apple did not fix the bug founded by @i0nic, which brings untether jailbreak to iOS 4.3.3. As I predicted Dev-Team and iH8sn0w update their jailbreaking tools (redsn0w, pwnageTool, and sn0wbreeze) to support this version.
redsn0w 0.9.6 rc15 , pwnageTool 4.3.3, sn0wbreeze 2.7 are the tools you can use for jailbreaking all iDevices (expect iPad2) running iOS 4.3.3 (4.2.8 for Verizon iPhone 4). Download links could be found under our download section.
Ultrasn0w also updated to support this version. You can find it in Cydia.
As before I just put the links to the instructions from other sites instead of duplicating the world. I think it is much more environmental friendly!
Perhaps you already have hundreds of apps installed on your iPhone (iPad, iPodTouch, etc). Did you know how often did you use each one? I think many of them are useless or you may use them less then once per month.
A new tool called AppStat is now available via Cydia which can record your app usage statistics. The idea behind this tweak is nice, I think that Apple should integrate such thing to their Springboard so user can get more detailed statistics about the apps they installed. Apple currently count the downloads but don’t record on device usages.
This can bring many features to SpringBoard such as auto sorting apps (Placing must used apps to the first page and so on for instat access, or even move must used apps in each page to first row of that page). iTunes also can offer app deletion suggestion via recorded data with a weekly or monthly basis. If allow users to share their stats via iTunes, Apple can also use these data for their iAd network. It can also help app developers in several ways.
Features can be added to iPhone (also iPad) by gathering app usage statistics
According to a tweet by @saurik (The creator of Cydia) Cydget updated to work on iOS 4 (compatible with iOS 2.2 up to 4.3) and also works with iPad. The new version also supports multiple lockscreens so you can have more than one style

Today Cydia get updated again. I can’t find anything about the changes in 1.1.1 yet but as this is a minor update I think that it contains small bug fixes along with some performance improvement.
Stay Tuned.
Cydia 1.1 has just been released by saurik and is available in Cydia.
According to saurik, Cydia 1.1 is faster, slimmer, and more stable; including an improved search algorithm and “resume where you left off (means that it support the iOS 4 multitasking).
To update to version 1.1, just open Cydia and upgrade when prompted.
During installation it automatically removes some repositories without any reason I don’t know why! Currently I can’t see any noticeable UI improvement but it’s load much more faster than 1.0 version
I will post more on the pros and cons about this new version. Stay Tuned.
Hackulous released the Appsync 4.0+ wich support all iOS 4 versions and also fixes the Game Center & In App Purchases bug.
There are so many AppSync packages in our repository. This madness must end! I’ve combined 4.0, 4.1, and 4.2 AppSync’s into a single package called “AppSync for 4.0+”. This package is reverse compatible and fixes the In App Purchases bug!
You can update it via cydia. Here you can find more information about Appsync.
Recently I upgrade my iPhone 3GS and iPad (Wi-Fi) to iOS 4.2.1. Then use redsn0w 9.6b6-rc8 to jailbreak devices. Everything goes well, redsn0w recognize iPSW file (iPad1,1_4.2.1_8C148_Restore.ipsw), boot iPad into DFU mode, Upload jailbreak data and it says that the jailbreaking process done successfully. After that iPad rebooted but something goes wrong! Let’s take a look at the screen shot of iPad.
Cydia was installed but the icon image was missing and it did not load. It means that redsn0w failed to jailbreak device. Safari App aslo crashed and I can’t open it. I try to re-jailbreak but it fails over and over! Same happens on iPhone 3GS.
If you have any idea for solving this or if you experienced the same problem please let us know via comment section of this post.
Update 1 [Solution] The problem is in tethered jailbreak, both iPhone 3GS and iPad should boot tethered each time you reboot it. I knew that but this also applies to first boot after jailbreak. So I connect my iPad to Mac then run redsn0w and checked the “Just boot tethered …”. redsn0w reboot my devices and now I have Cydia working on them. Many thanks to our friends Wayne & Koyut.
Update 2
Chronic Dev-Team released Greenpois0n which brings an untethered jailbreak to all iOS 4.2.1 devices. -Read More-
Aftere jailbreaking your iDevice using Limera1n (How TO?) you can install appsync. after that you will be able to install Cracked Appstore files for Free!
Next you should go and download some cracked app from apptrackr.org
With the release of iOS 4 , Saurik has updated both Cydia and Mobile Substrate almost immediately.
Everyone on OS 4.0, it is recommended that you update.
